Michelle is a long time employee of the company and has worked with Ryan for many years.   A licensed realtor herself, she is instrumental in the coordination and  execution of the realtor team transactions.   Michelle also works extensively with other staff, employees and vendors to ensure smooth business operations and transactions.

Michelle graduated from Wheelilng Jesuit University in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration. 

Shannon began working with Ryan several years ago and is responsible for the design and coordination thereof on RPVs residential remodel projects.  Shannon's vision is crucial to the overall success of the project and to how it will be received by potential buyers.

Shannon began harnessing her design savvy over a decade ago when working with local contractors and helping increase the value of homes through widely appealing layouts, material selection and cohesive design choices.

Shannon graduated from IUP in 1999 with a degree in management and went on to persue her MBA with a concentration in Marketing in 2004.

Davin joined River Point Ventures in 2016 from a background in Regional Multi-unit Retail Management.   His vast experience in management as well as finance is invaluable in running the multiple enterprises at River Point Ventures.

Davin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh  in 1999  with a degree in business.  He coordinates the day to day management of employees and subcontractors and is instrumental in the operations of the various entities and investment operations.  Whether behind the scenes or on the front lines, Davin shows his commitment to success in all that had does through his words and actions.

Ryan started his career in and love of real estate over a decade ago.  He began as a real estate agent and continuted to grow his business into a thriving real estate investment company.  

 

Ryan heads a team of real estate agents based in Ben Avon, PA and serving the greater Pittsburgh and Washington areas.  He has been an investor almost as long as a realtor, spearheading residental remodels all over the Pittsburgh area and helping to revive local homes to their true potential.   Ryan serves as a mentor to other investors and continues to branch out to other areas of buisness.
